Cost of shipping and delivery?
We cannot give prices in our pages of our web site concerning shipping costs. The reason is that there are so many variables which affect the price of shipping (depending on where the goods are to be sent, the cost is related to the distance, the size of the shipment or the sizes of the items and the type of transport).
If you are buying, the prices of shipping are calculated according to your requirement - when we know the destination and what items you are interested in. Prices are then communicated to you before anything is shipped for your agreement.
We hope this will help you to appreciate the difficulty we have in giving prices for shipping on our web site.
The shipping cost per individual item can be expensive. Therefore Pugh's Antiques has open a warehouse in Highpoint - North Carolina - USA. We are now in position to make shipping cost more attractive dealers and for private buyer. The goods are shipped to our Highpoint warehouse where you can arrange for collection or delivery.

If you are a private buyer, you have to realize that buying a single item of antiques from the U.K. and have it shipped across to you can be as expensive as the item itself. If you are determined to acquire the antiques of your dreams then costs become less of an issue.
On the other hand, if your are on a tight budget then it would be preferable to count the costs carefully before you steam ahead. (See above for shipping costs)
